However, if you are not, perhaps due to size, color, or maybe the model isn’t right for you, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it hasn’t been used and is still in pristine condition. Returns should be made within 14 days of receiving the order in original, undamaged packaging.​We are working on a way to systemize our returns and to keep track of your feedback to ensure a better original experience when you shop again with us.

If an item is received damaged/faulty, you are requested to report this to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  1. Please email with your order number, contact details, and reason for return along with any images you feel are necessary.

  2. Please send the product back to us in the original, undamaged packaging.

  3. Please ensure that you use a postal service that is trackable and requires a signature to ensure we receive your returns in the safest and most convenient way possible.

  4. After receiving the returned item back from you, we assure you that a replacement will be sent to you within 24 hours, so you can be reassured by the fact that we treat our returns with the same respect as we give our orders.

  5. If you receive a damaged/faulty item or an item that doesn’t match its description, we are happy to bear the postages charges. However, in the case you change your mind regarding the exchange or return of the item, postal charges will apply to you.

  6. We will communicate with you through email as per the options available, to process your refund further.

  7.  No return will be entertained for hygienic products e.g. mouth guard, etc.
